Hayden Hill
Financial Adviser
Hayden Completed his Degree in Financial planning with Distinction from RMIT in 2004 whilst working as a planner. He started giving advice in 2002 and has been working in the finance industry since 1997. Hayden is passionate about working in Financial Planning because he loves helping other people and talking. Hayden has Twins (Boy & Girl) who are 10 so he spends a lot of time involved in their school and sports, and currently the President of the Ballarat Little Athletics club. Hayden pretty much will watch any sport, but aside from being a Pool Shark, he loves AFL (Collingwood) and Formula 1.
Lauren Oglivie
Lauren Oglivie started in the Financial Planning industry in November 2015 and has completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is currently undertaking study in Financial Planning. She is our Financial Planning Client Service Manager and she offers valuable support to the team. Lauren enjoys offering a quality client service, building relationships with clients and providing them with an exceptional service. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lauren, she has a very friendly nature, plenty to offer the team and is very particular in everything that she does.
Emily Clementson
Emily Clementson started in the Financial Planning industry and October 2018. She is our director of first impressions and also one of our valuable Financial Planning Assistants. She is the happy face and voice that clients first encounter. She is responsible for the day to day running of administration functions. Emily is compassionate and very well organised, and her warming personality has made her an integral part of our team.
