Karenne Critchlow

Client Service Manager

Karenne has completed a Diploma of Financial Planning. She commenced working in the Goulburn Office in mid 2015 as a receptionist and quickly progressed to her current role as Client Service Manager. Karenne has a strong and extensive wealth of Customer Service. Karenne prides herself on her excellent communication and interpersonal skills and customer service satisfaction.
Outside of work Karenne enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends and weekends on the South Coast in their caravan.

Kristi Price

Part-time Receptionist

Kristi is a part-time receptionist for the Freedom Finance Goulburn Office joining in May 2016 . She brings with her a wealth of customer service, previously working as a qualified Hairdresser, hence talking to clients is her forte. Kristi has a friendly & polite personality who greets everyone with a smile.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family out on the farm.

Tiffanie Watling

Financial Adviser

Tiffanie commenced in the Goulburn Office in July 2016 as a Client Service Manager and has since obtained her Diploma of Financial Planning. She is a people person and believes that building a great relationship with the clients is key to gaining trust and in turn helping clients realise their “Best Life”. Outside of work, Tiffanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and can be found most weekends on the sidelines of sporting fields cheering on her children and husband.

Sharon Madden

Office Manager

Sharon has achieved a Diploma of Financial Planning and has certificates in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Quality Management & Auditing, Textile Technology and Correctional Practices. Sharon joined the Goulburn Office in June 2014 which was known then as Franks Financial Planning with over 37 years experience. In her free time Sharon enjoys spending time and socialising with friends and family, travelling, long walks and time with her grandchildren wherever possible.

Taylor Keat

Taylor has completed a diploma in Business Management and several Administration Certificates which helps in her current roles. Taylor is a Receptionist & Client Service Manager for the Freedom Finance Goulburn Office joining in May 2019 and comes to us with 8 years Administration & Customer Service experience. Taylor is motivated to achieve with a bubbly personality and a friendly smile. Outside of work she enjoys going for motorbike rides with her partner and spending time with her beautiful little family and friends.
